So, it is difficult, but not impossible! After searching for three months, we have successfully gotten our veteran buyer client into contract on a beautiful Hayward Hills home. Thanks to a patriotic property owner/investor, our offer was accepted and moving along nicely toward closing.
Thank goodness there are sellers out there willing to look at the big picture when accepting an offer, even if the offer isn’t necessarily the “highest” or even maybe the strongest. Instead, they just do the right thing by helping someone who served our country proudly….

We just got yet another buyer into contract today for a beautiful town home in the Hayward hills…this is her first home purchase, so it is all very exciting for her and us!

Beside photography, Eileen enjoys film editing, cooking, and playing the piano. One of her main influences is her mother, who was an art teacher in Taiwan.
